making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Law to                
pay costs of certain continuing legal proceedings; and providing for           
an effective date" which had been held on reconsideration (page                
4293) was before the Senate.                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
held on reconsideration to the May 5 calendar.  Without objection,             
it was so ordered.
